The amount of layoffs extremely unsettling. They have no vision on how to guide and lead their teams. Product is cool, but is hard to navigate through ever changing processes.

My overall experience at Medallia was great! The sales enablement training is by far the best I have ever had. The only downside is private equity is eroding the culture... quickly!

Industry leader & strong sales leadership in place now. But TAM is declining & commodification of CX has significantly impacted OTE potential. Solid customer base, challenging expansion potential & very low incentive for reps getting renewals
