Industry leader & strong sales leadership in place now. But TAM is declining & commodification of CX has significantly impacted OTE potential. Solid customer base, challenging expansion potential & very low incentive for reps getting renewals

Very few sellers hit quota last year 2023. Unclear objectives set by new leadership, product is slow to innovate, losing a lot of deals to main competitor due to pricing structure and exec relationships, comp package doesn't incentive you at all. I believe things went down hill after PE purchased us
