Meltwater is a good organisation to start your career in sales. Once you start moving up the ladder, there are very few opportunities, especially in a market like India.

Good culture. But poor base salary. Commission is sometimes very good but often dependent on external factors. E.g the quality of prospects or accounts you have access to.

Love the company, team, and culture. Compensation can be great, but they restructured quotas in April 2024. Since then, quota attainment has been incredibly low. ~5-8 reps hit quota per quarter out of the ~45 Mid-Market Account & SMB Account Managers
