Love the company, team, and culture. Compensation can be great, but they restructured quotas in April 2024. Since then, quota attainment has been incredibly low. ~5-8 reps hit quota per quarter out of the ~45 Mid-Market Account & SMB Account Managers

My overall experience was poor and the team always seemed chaotic and lost. Lots of moving parts, team movements without any warning and no warning of changes.

Great company for mid market, potential to earn decent money. Base salaries aren't very competitive. Fun team & culture and collaborative environment. Most people leave after graduating from mid market as the product/market isn't greatly suited for enterprise.
