Current Employee very cringey sales tactics (breakup emails, “hail Mary’s”, inappropriate pressure to close deals, last ditch discount efforts that devalue the product, etc)
They’ve created these BS titles that DO NOT make sense if one wants to apply elsewhere. For example a “Sales Consultant” is equivalent to a full cycle AE. Meanwhile the pay is absolutely atrocious in comparison to true AE roles.
Over the past ~1.5 years it seems like they’ve been trying to change this, but years of unrealistic expectations placed on reps has led to such a deep-rooted toxic culture. It doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon.
Barely any feedback on the spot, leadership likes to wait until performance reviews to slam reps with awful feedback.
