You will learn a lot at this company as it is leading the AI revolution. Lot of big customers looking to solve tough challenges in the cloud and with AI. However, culture and leadership has taken a nose dive. There is a focus on "I' instead of "we" and a good chunk have agendas. If you are new, you are shut out from the "club" since most have 10-15 years Microsoft experience and want to keep status quo.
