Former Employee There was a clear lack of sales training but with high expectations to understand the product. But you would only be getting very vanilla backed videos by the marketing org. The state of how things work internally is more office politics than actual time facing the customers. The base was fairly good with decent OTE attainments, plus RSUs, and a great healthcare plan. But the office politics and lack of future vision/guidance from leadership, I would not join again.
