Microsoft is on a downward spiral with placing focus on earnings and not employees. I.E. - No COLA or Raises for 2024 after a solid/super strong prior year. Being told, "Be grateful", "Do more with less", "It is going to get worse before it gets better" (Spoiler alert, it is worse than it has been) is a consistent message from top down. Every. Single. Day.

Solid company leading the AI wave. Loads of internal resources to leverage and people to network with. Internally it can be overwhelming and the onboarding is a disaster. You get dropped in an ocean and expected to float and find your way to land. Great collaboration though and not too much pressure in sales.

I like working at Microsoft overall. Good product and good people. Compensation could be higher in my opinion.
