This has made it harder to make the same amount of money as years past. This said, I am optimistic that things are moving in the right direction.

Former Employee4.7Apr 29, 2025Overall, great place to work, great colleagues, culture, products and compensation. However, cost cutting created overload of current employees, limited resources and loss of customer focus. There are duplicit matrix reportings and too many internal unnecessary sales reviews. Top performers are overburdened, but can earn a lot.

However, in Ireland, many people are dissatisfied with the cost of living in Dublin compared to the compensation they receive from Microsoft. I believe this concern is unfounded.
