Microsoft's emphasis on continuous learning helped me sharpen my outreach strategies, improve my technical acumen around Microsoft’s product ecosystem, and confidently articulate value propositions to a wide range of customers. Having a well-defined ICP (ideal customer profile) and robust tools like Dynamics 365 and Sales Navigator also made my outreach more targeted and efficient.
