Great products with terrible marketing and licensing decisions being made which affected sales cycles. Personally experienced incompetent sales engineering management who couldn’t do the job or find time to watch me do mine, yet could critique my capabilities despite winning multiple sales awards year after year. Overall, very shaky sales org but great compensation and benefits.
