Company has a clear focus on customer-first strategy. It is refreshing if you want to deliver value and feel you are a part of something grand or important. It is difficult to individually be within total control of your attainment and its outcome, however.

Great company to work at and a great product market fit. Going through a lot of reorg so job stability is not as good as previous years. Exciting place to be in the market.

You will learn a lot at this company as it is leading the AI revolution. Lot of big customers looking to solve tough challenges in the cloud and with AI. However, culture and leadership has taken a nose dive. There is a focus on "I' instead of "we" and a good chunk have agendas.
