Microsoft is one of the best tech companies to work for. A safe haven from layoffs (usually) and management is a lot more relaxed. You do not make the same at other tech companies (ie Salesforce). Really enjoying it. They are definitely making the right investments to add features and functions that Enterprise customers receive from best in breed vendors. My overall experience left a lot to be desired from the Microsoft leadership. The teammates you have there are top notch and I highly recommend them, but management hired a few key bad people that made life there toxic.
