Current Employee Microsoft treats its employees well. I am underserved for my role so lower base and OTE. Also with the AI boom, our market position opens doors at every client. In enterprise, as an ATS, we only work with existing Microsoft customers with multi-million ARR. so there has never been need to cold call. The relationships already exist with customers because Microsoft is typically one of their top vendors.
