This is one of the best places I have worked when it came to having access to so many avenues of leads, training, and leadership support. My only issue is that this company needs so much help with their support team that it can get difficult post sales to rely on the other groups.

Every Account Manager I know hits target. I've been at companies where reps have the potential to earn huge amounts. The ceiling at Mimecast is somewhat lower, but the % of reps hitting target is higher and the culture is very good. New leadership changes has brought innovation with recent acquisitions
