Mimecast was a great company to work for 5 years ago. Once Peter Bauer left and they sold to private equity the soul and culture of the company died. It was no longer about people being the best versions of themselves will lead to the best results. It was now about margins. Cutting out yearly gifts and party’s that brought people together to save a buck. Now the company is lost, with no identity, a non-existent culture, and a workforce that is leaving im bulk.

Mimecast is a great place to be! There are some very exciting things on the horizon and the leadership team is great.
