Great Company overall. This is an old review I worked there from 2019 to 2021. Im sure a lot has changed since then. They seem to be on an exciting path.

Mimecast was a great company to work for 5 years ago. Once Peter Bauer left and they sold to private equity the soul and culture of the company died. It was no longer about people being the best versions of themselves will lead to the best results. It was now about margins.
