Strong Market Fit. Very Process driven, low to no individual approaches tolerated, therefore deep monitoring of people necessary. Due to the DB workload based/consumption based compensation it is a very compartmentalized/„small part“ sell that pays out only when rep can keep the account and quota is not adjusted and if CSM agrees DB workloads being new.

It is a great place to learn and grow, product is still great with a great community, has become political and takes the enjoyment from the day-to-day. Would recommend to go and learn, and build MEDPICC out and best practices, but it will take a lot of discipliné and effort to survive
