I've heard about the maniacal focus on PG here, which leads me to two questions: - Why are AE's held to high PG goals when that should be the focus of an SDR/BDR? -How do AE's have time to sell if they are always prospecting? E.g., building proposals, decks, traveling to meet customers, etc.

More QuestionsI'm interested in MongoDB for an Enterprise AE role on the acquisitions team, but I've heard it's completely hit or miss based on the accounts you have in your patch and whether you get lucky break with consumption. Is this accurate or are Enterprise reps generally seeing success?How is the work life balance for an Enterprise AE role?
