Mongos leadership are the problem. Great product market fit. Customers love it. Leaders can’t help themselves. Mess with reps roles & commissions - I got promoted and lost out on $50k of commission I was about to receive because in accepting my new comp plan I unknowingly forfeit the $50k on the previous comp plan. That was a tough pill to swollen and leadership weren’t empathetic about my frustration that I got screwed out of $50k. The attitude was “get over it”.

Stay away, sales leadership consistently overpromises and under delivers for their reps. I promise you nobody in sales at this entire company is happy, management puts immense amounts of pressure on their reports. Never seen a company where so many people need to take a leave of absence due to mental health issues from how they are being managed. They have a good...Read More

It's been the hardest working role I've had for the least amount of money. I'd stay clear. Consumption model means it takes the same amount of time to close a new project but then you have to wait 6-12 months before you see any money from that project after you won the deal. It's infuriating
