My time at MongoDB helped me develop and grow as a strategic seller. Leadership bought into personal development and helped you to improve and stay accountable. At times there was difficulty in finding the resources (marketing materials, customer stories) in order to be successful. New leadership makes me uncertain of company outlook and changes ahead.
