Really dislike this place. The level of micromanagement out of this world and they keep changing their go to market strategy. Unless you want to be a glorified SDR I would steer clear of this place.

At lower levels, culture is forced upon you. You either bite your tongue and abide or get managed out (get well plan, which is an opportunity for you to right your wrong before a PIP - which many folks have survived).
