Overall is a good company to work, compensation/incentives motivates, but there are several process that need to be optimized for the consumption reality, as well as structure to have support for large customers that fits with the market. The product is great and generate benefits to customers, but it is not an easy product to be sold.

Have a great experience with MongoDB. Second line leader did a bad job with territory management which lead to worse ratings. Overall, an incredible place to grow your career as a sales professional.
