However, recent big bets in AI have yet to yield significant returns, making it difficult for the company to maintain its previous growth trajectory. As a result, many senior leaders across the organization have begun to depart, creating negative ripple effects. That said, MongoDB remains a desirable place to work provided the right situation and territory are in place.
