Still new, but seems promising. Definitely not an easy job/role and expect to PG a lot, but there are good learning opportunities and MongoDB generally promotes from within.

Terrible leadership culture outside of the SDR team. Male dominated culture, too many examples of belittling, dismissive, toxic behaviour. You will enjoy life within the SDR team but will likely hate it when working with your peers from other parts of the sales organisation.

Culture isn't the greatest. Too Many politics and RD thru RVP is too inexperienced in managing /developing people. CRO and President promote people who shouldn't be in the role.0
