Current Employee Great overall pay, great leadership, great product fit.
Now for the bad: Long multi threaded sale cycles for each application to get to use our DB, once customer signs $0 order form to get started. Pay for sales people is very delayed unless you sell a certain product or our professional services which then pays you your payout rate percentage 30 days later after signature.
Ultimately, you will be trained, well led, and have confidence in your sell of the product, but as an EAE, you have to be willing to take a backend pay decrease for at least 1yr. If you play your cards right though and have the grit to stick it out, you can make easily $500k W2 even with an ok sized book and upwards of a few million W2 if you have an account or 2 with very large growth potential.
