Current Employee3.9Jul 25, 2025A lot of leaders have left in the past months, there was also a lay off of the whole enterprise acquisition team, and expenses have now been extremely limited. Still a great place to learn but you can feel the motivation isn’t what it used to be. Comp plans have also become much more difficult.

Current Employee3.9Jan 17, 2025Amazing sales training - one of the best in the industry, wonderful talented people and good benefits! It was truly great when I joined 4 years ago but management is now too focused on profit > people which is why so many AEs are leaving as targets are unattainable for the majority (doubled when a few reps were overachieving) and promotions are getting harder.
