Current Employee Overall, a very negative experience. This is the kind of sales organization that breaks people and destroys their confidence. In my one year here, I've seen over 90% of the team turn over year-over-year. It’s very much a "bro boys club" with leaders who offer little in terms of coaching but will push you hard on arbitrary metrics like discovery calls per week. I highly recommend anyone considering joining this company to do their due diligence, as not doing so could derail your career.
