Challenging year for my particular role. More people brought into the organization. Some accounts can handle the additional team members and quota increases, and some did not need the support of an extra hand.

It is a great place to learn and grow, product is still great with a great community, has become political and takes the enjoyment from the day-to-day. Would recommend to go and learn, and build MEDPICC out and best practices, but it will take a lot of discipliné and effort to survive
