Business is getting tough. Acquisition comp plan added a decelerator which prevents them from paying you when you exceed the target. Was a top innovative company 2 years ago but it seems other players in data field are surpassing mongo. Still a good product that certain companies will invest much in.

Great company culture and high quality training. Base pay is pretty average, comp plans are great for those who can overachieve. High expectations for both intelligence and activity, not the place if you want to coast.

The technology is rock solid, ignore nay sayers or SQL evangelists. There is a genuine demand for MongoDB Atlas in the market. Having said that, the consumption model is difficult to forecast, difficult to make money out as commissions are delayed.
