High PG expectations that ends up driving people out of the company. You can be closing deals but if you're not scheduling at least 5 meetings per week, upper management looks at you as a bad rep and makes you feel like you're not doing your job. Great place to learn and grow if you're set up for success.

MDB is at a tough spot with the transition to a consumption base model. Sales within the organization is funneled to supporting the Majors heavily with Acquisition and New logo being cut throat.
