Overall very good experience at MongoDB development wise. High quality trainings, 50% of discussions with management are focused around personal growth. The OTE is overall good but tends to decrease FY after FY and is not reevaluated along with economic trends as it is in more mature companies. Leadership is motivating but lots of frequent important changes are happening all the time so it takes you a lot of energy to always stay agile with those very frequent changes and reorganization.

You will have to show off a lot even though you don't do actual work. Leaders enjoy this too. Managing existing business is a scam, you don't feel like a sales person

My overall experience at MongoDB has been truthfully live changing for the better. The team, culture and leadership in place today are market leaders, and the culture of excellence coupled with the willingness to fail keeps inspiring you to be better.
