Worst company I worked. Everyone only care about numbers and metrics. Product market fit is still on very begging and the management decide to hire a lot of sales executives and put just a very few accounts per rep.

My overall experience was positive. I was constantly impressed by the incredible talent in every role at Mongo. It’s an interesting sell give the consumption motion. Getting the customer to start using is just the beginning. The best AEs are excellent at looping in the right internal resources at the right time.
