Poor middle management structure : regional directors who do not add any values to sales manager. Only focusing on KPIs that does not matter and with a one-size-fits all approach. Only doing politics to keep their position and being positive perceived by their own management. Highly disconnected from the field

Culture isn't the greatest. Too Many politics and RD thru RVP is too inexperienced in managing /developing people. CRO and President promote people who shouldn't be in the role.0
