Current Employee Massive changes to 2023 compensation plans have largely eliminated ability to W2 $1m+. Changes were done with limited notice and many teams caught flat footed. Many systems to support this change to “consumption” are still not in place.
Those who have been most successful over the past 2-3 years have had their commission rates slashed in half. There has been a large amount of attrition from the organization’s top performers as a result.
