Very toxic sales culture with significant micro management. No autonomy to complete the sales process/cycle yourself without the input from multiple “leaders”. There is too much of nepotism, discrimination and office politics which totally ruins the environment. The culture is not healthy and you do not have any potential of growing in the Organisation, professionally. The Higher Management is Narcissistic and the Company pays very poor Salaries.

This place is a sales factory. You're only as good as your last at bat. Their Salesforce database is ancient - there are no territories - so it's leopard face eating on the daily. Also - for new biz AE's - they move the acct to a another rep after 90 days. They have no loyalty to you and will bounce you for missing one quarter.
