Calling a Spade a Spade here: Not sure where the jump from an 83 to just about an 86 score rating came from. Quotas have been high and attainment lower than usual. Reps/ management / even senior management have been making moves or let go. PMF is great, there is a growth trajectory, but general vibe is top reps are hitting and everyone else misses... by a lot (at least in MM). Motive can be worth a look but please do research and take the almost 86 rating with a grain of salt.

My overall experience was great. I joined at a very young age and learned a lot at Keeptruckin. Working there helped me a lot in my confidence and building relationships. I learned sales funnel and cold calling there which helped me close deals.

Motive pays for everything, employee reviews, accolades, and acknowledgments. Take any third party information with a grain of salt. Missed my expectations from the start with unattainable goals, cherry picking accounts, and unethical leaders (VP and above). Check out LinkedIn for average ent rep tenure.
