Motive is a great place but you have to get use the internal changes. KPI heavy, and they seems to shrink the ability to succeed quarter over quarter.

its is okay. some really good people at the management level but leadership is super focused with KPIs like calls and emails. There is a disconnect because leadership thinks emails work but they don't in our industry.
