Doubt any of us will hit even half our plan. It’s a new department with a lot of uncertainty. Two reps were pushed out after six months—sold a dream that didn’t exist. Now we’re stuck doing support work too. No work-life balance. I’m starting to look elsewhere.

Motive has a very strong product market fit, and an attractive compensation plan to make you a lot of money. The customer base is very unique, and I've seen it hard for reps from other industries to adapt. However, if you adapt and follow the playbook we have - it's very hard to lose deals. The TAM is huge as well. Great time to be at Motive right now.
