Current Employee The company overall is fantastic. Training is extensive, people are very supportive and the products are well established in the space. There is also an endless amount of intelligence throughout the org.
The major negative is that 90% of your success is "right patch, right time". Yes you have to be good regardless and only the best make it into Salesforce. There is an extremely poor behaviour where leadership will stack all of the best accounts with certain favoured reps and leave most others with nothing. As such, there are 1-2 reps making a killing, however a gigantic turnover rate of everyone else. One other team has had over 70% AE turnover this year alone. To be clear, some reps involved in the turnover are very talented, with extensive sales success. They've just had the rug pulled out from under them and these territory decisions are butchering their otherwise stellar sales histories.
If leadership was to give everyone and equal distribution of accounts, this would be a great replace to work. Browse Other Reviews
