Great company. Sell into healthcare vertical which is challenging. Unsure if MuleSoft is a great product market fit for healthcare. Quota has been high an unrealistic in my first year. Too quick a turnaround for healthcare.

I’ll check out external offers every now and then, nothings been as competitive while consistently delivering on the promised of hitting quota, making my OTE or more and learning from strong leaders. Only fair warning is be selective of your manager, it becomes a make or break of the entire experience.
