Most structured, and brutal on boarding I've ever encountered. Incredible opportunity to learn and grow, however it comes at a great personal cost for the first few months as you ramp up. This job is all consuming, but the flip side is, you find a way to want to be consumed by it.

The CBS is highly toxic. It’s a place to make great money until they decided to manage you out.
