Current Employee Pressure for short term numbers is too high and makes the daily job more stressful than necessary. Luck places a big part of the role for an AE. Matrix structure creates an extremely complicated internal environment, with redundant meetings. Lack of control: cloud AEs depend too much on the benevolence of the core AEs who are always the gatekeepers to the final clients (reducing ability to influence deal).
