Mulesoft is a fantastic sales organization with great leaders and training. No complaints about culture or development opps. There are challenges with the product and customer success that make the role difficult. We're falling behind in the ipaas + API mgt space, which makes achieving numbers difficult

Has a lot of "trainings" but it's not for day-to-day responsibilities. More so on random projects relating to company culture. 0 inbound help and from what I've seen, management is too busy to assist in deals and help with ongoing skill development

Great company to work for honestly. The only downside for solution engineers is that you don’t have individual quotas.
