MuleSoft SMB is a relatively new team, given that MuleSoft has historically been an enterprise-solution. The pricing has recently changed to reflect the segment, and sales cycles have shortened as a result. Salesforce is responsible for a large majority of opportunity leads. Training and development in SMB is tailored and there is fairly significant investment in this regard.
