Great, the base compensation is the highest I’ve seen a pretty much almost any company. I would say that the space is pretty crowded and deals are pretty competitive, but there are a lot of people pulling in eight figures here.

Good blue chip software vendor but Salesforce has a product strategy that changes almost every quarter so there’s really no true long-term vision. Churn and burn staff while retaining & promoting those that represent pretty dog eat dog value sets.
