Generally positive but you eat a lot of crap. Management micro-manages and even in 2025 there are WAY too many internal meetings that burn time unnecessarily. BDRs hit their metrics but never actually create leads. 🤔

Overall has been a great experience. However, 30% of reps hit and it has never been different. Salesforce's new focus on Performance Culture has put a very dangerous precedent in place to manage out those who don't hit short term goals. The company will not lose money on reps. This means 5 years of top performance can turn into a PIP in 2 bad quarters.
