The employees are amazing with a strong support network, however the leadership are incompetent and with the company trying to sell, they only focus on reveneue. VPs rule by fear, there is no customer care and compensation is below average.

This is an incredibly corporate job that meets the needs of a salesperson. Hit your KPIs and make sales and you’ll be okay. Very hard to climb internally. Leadership is strict and there is no culture besides “do your work” in the office.
