The quota was unattainable--they kept insisting there was demand but there was a post-COVID lull. Instead of laying people off and admitting demand was down, they did a mass firing.

Nice has gone way down hill. The product is great but the company and compensation has been horrendous. They no longer incentivize the sales reps in closing deals.

Great product, poor culture. Not a lot of consideration into creating an environment where talented people who work hard can thrive. More of a feast or famine mentality particularly in certain segments.
