My overall experience at NICE was positive. The base pay was reasonable and they incentive structure was far based on the number of meeting setup, and opportunities created.

Long sales cycles, long implementations, complicated comp plan. Unless managing a large, existing account it is very hard to make any money

At the Enterprise level, we are expected to be doing outreach to the most senior levels, and thus we do not have assigned SDR/BDR's. NICE has the best product in the market, bar none. The market is competitive, and you have to make sure prospects know WHY NICE is the best (financial stability, investment in R&D, AI, etc.).
